Named after the brilliant politician and reckless rake, Henry St. John, 1st Viscount Bolingbroke, who spent the early and final years of his life in Battersea, the emphasis at The Bolingbroke is on high-quality British food and traditional pub values. 

Whilst our dear Henry was renowned for enjoying several tipples, innumerable affairs and wild escapades, this Northcote Road public house is a rather more delightful local. 

Their menus feature some of the best small producers in the British Isles. The Sunday roasts are all free-range and will please any pescatarian, vegetarian or flexitarian in town. For those who want to enjoy a beverage, there is a selection of cask ales and lagers as well as a wine list that offers great wines at very reasonable prices.
