After travelling through Vietnam and falling in love with its vibrant flavours, Stephen and Juliette Wall were inspired to bring the dishes they adored back home.
In 2005, while perched on high stools and slurping bowls of pho bo in Ho Chi Minh City, they decided to open a restaurant dedicated to serving authentic phở.
Years later, Pho has grown into a collection of restaurants across the country, known for great-value, healthy Vietnamese food that’s freshly prepared in each kitchen every day.
They now also warmly welcome dogs.
