Ole & Steen – Westfield White City

In 2008, Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallebaek, Danish bakers with a shared vision, came together to address a perceived gap in the market: the absence of a high-quality bakery. Their collaborative efforts focused on perfecting and experimenting with simple recipes, all the while ensuring that their food was presented in an aesthetically pleasing setting. In 2016, Ole & Steen made its debut in the UK, introducing handcrafted bread and pastries, with the Seven Dials store being the largest in London.

Ole & Steen brings a local twist to Danish classics, with each dish, from sourdoughs to salads, thoughtfully prepared using seasonally sourced ingredients. Their menu serves as a showcase for the renowned breads, cakes, and whole grains for which Ole & Steen is celebrated.
